Service & Payment Schedule

If ongoing services are desired, a weekly, monthly or quarterly subscription can be established.

However, there is no contract or long-term commitment required and the time frame is flexible depending on needs.  Individual service or project estimates are offered, as well.

Examples of our suite of services include the following:

Assessment/ Evaluation/ Design Recommendations

  • We first perform a thorough home physical safety and security assessment (a.k.a., Home Safety Assessment or HSA) as our initial step.

  • This HSA includes a brief client verbal health inventory and space utilization for additional home & property needs consideration.

  • Following this, written recommendations are made for mobility, security, safety and efficiency, such as installation of grab bars, railings, potential locks or light switch swap outs, ramps, threshold improvements, addition of lighting and trip/ fall prevention devices and personal alert communications.

Home Modification & Installs

  • Installation and modifications of those chosen improvements (above) will be completed or planned.

  • Safety enhancements such as StoveTop FireStop, fire, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms, and fire extinguishers will be installed as needed.

  • Communication and security recommendations will be reviewed or adopted (i.e., landline, cell, Wi-Fi, routers, fall alarms, SimpliSafe).

Estate Administration/ Maintenance/ Contacts

  • Home maintenance evaluation and schedules will be established, such as for whole house, refrigerator and point of use water filters, HVAC filters, alarm battery replacements, dryer exhaust cleaning, water conditioner salt additions, oil/ propane service interval checks, etc.

Financial Care

  • Budgets, automated EFT’s and/or monthly reminders will be reviewed and set up, if needed, for bill pays to various organizations, required account registrations and the like (i.e., utilities, comms, insurance, credit cards, loans and/or medical payments).

Transition Service

  • Clutter removal – room sorting, organizing and (re-) purposing will be completed, as desired.  Item designation and disposal, gifting, sale or storage TBD.

  • Review knowledge of local Senior Living Facilities with client and family, as needed.
