About Good Stewards Estate Care LLC

Our company mission statement is:

To help our clients age-in-place, safely and securely, while we protect and improve their estates.

I am a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist with the National Association of Home Builders and a Senior Home Safety Specialist with Age Safe America. I begin our business relationship with a comprehensive 240 point Home Safety Assessment where I review the home for safety and security needs and then make clear recommendations for improvements, in writing and in personal consultation. I am different from other elder care service firms in that I am targeting the first segment of the Aging in Place market, those without urgent / chronic or traumatic change needs, as my unique focus is on preventative care. I am trying to prevent the fall, fire or break-in, for example. And with a diverse skill set, I handle a wide range of critical tasks. I personally do the work and maintenance to then set up a weekly, monthly or quarterly service schedule to tackle agreed upon priority remediations and maintenance issues. I am then on call, as a concierge of sorts, for assistance and input as needed for the homeowner and their extended family.
